Vicky is pleased to report that RICE, Inc, held a three-day region wide evaluation and planning workshop for 32 farmers and municipal agricultural officers from the provinces of Ifugao, Kalinga, Benguet and Mountain Province. The workshop was funded by a generous grant from the Asia Rice Foundation (USA), and counterpart sharing from the National Irrigation Administration – Cordillera Region and supporting provincial and municipal agriculture offices.
The success of the workshop was reflected in comments from the participants:
